About you

You’re an established editorial talent with a strong foundation in journalism or agency copywriting/editing, keen to use your skills in a fast-paced agency environment.  Whether you’ve cut your teeth in a newsroom, a digital publication or a marketing agency, you’re eager to take the next step in your career. You bring a sharp eye for detail, a natural flair for storytelling and the ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences.

Curious, proactive and keen to lend a hand where needed, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas flow freely, and no two days are the same. You’re excited by the prospect of shaping luxury travel brand narratives, crafting compelling content, and growing within a creative, strategy-led team. You are meticulously organised, bursting with ideas and understand the challenges and opportunities of AI.

The role

As Senior Editor, you will be working closely with our Editor-in-Chief to produce, write, edit and manage high-quality content for luxury travel clients. You will have the opportunity to work on everything from web launches and content strategy to copywriting, research and trend analysis.

  • Devise editorial ideas and work closely with clients to fulfil briefs
  • Manage and brief freelancers and contributors, ensuring they deliver on-brand, high-quality work
  • Work alongside designers, SEO specialists and social media managers to align content with wider marketing campaigns
  • Proofread, fact-check and maintain editorial quality across all outputs
  • Use content management system to upload and edit content
  • Contribute ideas for new content formats, series and storytelling approaches
  • Be an active part of client meetings and creative brainstorming sessions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of journalism, editorial or agency experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a journalistic approach to storytelling
  • Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality or lifestyle content (a plus, but not essential)
  • Deep interest in the world of luxury travel
  • A passion for words, details and getting the tone right
  • Experience of using content management systems
  • Understanding of SEO and AI
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and content formats
  • Unflappable and calm in a storm
  • A creative mindset – always looking for fresh, engaging angles
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

What we offer

  • A dynamic, creative and collaborative work environment
  • A chance to be part of a quickly-growing, successful company
  • Hands-on, client-facing experience with top-tier luxury brands
  • A hybrid work model (minimum two days a week in our central London office)
  • A chance to work closely with senior leadership and grow in your role
  • Competitive salary (£42,500–£52,500 depending on experience)
