About you
You are someone who combines analytical thinking with a strong instinct for brand and audience. Confident across platforms such as Meta, Google and Linkedin, you’ll be comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end, with a clear grasp of campaign strategy, optimisation, testing and reporting. You’re proactive, commercially minded and curious, someone who takes ownership, spots opportunities and brings thoughtful recommendations to the table. You’re confident in presenting performance, insights and strategies directly to clients. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to work that is both strategically sound and creatively compelling.
The role
As a Senior Paid Media Executive at Navigator, you will lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google. Working across a range of luxury clients, you will manage performance, budgets and reporting, while turning data into clear recommendations and presenting insights directly to clients. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure paid media activity supports wider brand and business objectives.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally agency side
- Exposure to Paid Search campaigns and experience implementing strategies
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of tracking and pixel implementation for enhanced performance
- Confidence in forecasting, media planning and budget management
- Client-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with luxury audiences and tone of voice
- Experience using AI tools alongside paid media
- Experience in travel or hospitality industries highly desirable
- Experience in or around luxury industries highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing and performance against agreed KPIs
- Monitor results, identify insights and make proactive optimisation recommendations
- Prepare clear performance reports and present findings directly to clients
- Work closely with client services, strategy and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Conduct audience, competitor and keyword research to inform campaign planning
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices across paid media and the wider luxury travel and hospitality industry.
