About the role
We are looking for an ambitious graduate to help execute Navigator’s marketing and growth strategy during an exciting period of transformation.
Working directly with the leadership team, your primary objective will be to increase awareness of Navigator amongst luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands while helping establish our position as a leading strategic growth partner within the sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Executing Navigator’s content and thought leadership strategy
- Supporting LinkedIn, website and marketing initiatives
- Researching luxury brands, market trends and growth opportunities
- Developing case studies, insights and strategic content
- Supporting business development and industry outreach
- Exploring how AI can improve marketing effectiveness and agency operations
Who we’re looking for
A curious, commercially minded graduate with strong communication skills, an interest in luxury brands, marketing and technology, and a desire to help build a growing business.
