Fred founded Navigator alongside Julia Perowne of Perowne International. Fred brings a commercial and strategic perspective shaped by his varied career which began in fund management. He then moved into branding and design as co-owner of digital design consultancy Matter of Form, leading commercial growth, business operations and the evolution of MOF’s contemporary approach.

At Navigator, Fred helps guide the agency’s vision and supports the team across brand, strategy and business development. He is also the host of What The Luxe, a podcast that explores the thinking and strategies of leaders across the luxury industry.
