
The Story
A small former fishing lodge transformed into a private island resort, Islas Seas was little known to a wider luxury audience, with a low engagement rate and insufficient conversions. We were hired to create a new website and digital strategy, driven by a strong story at its core. We began by identifying their hero story of conservation which was told across all platforms and subtly woven into the additional story threads of luxury, adventure and togetherness.
The Strategy
We then created a cohesive storytelling and digital strategy to bring these stories to life, drive engagement, create campaigns and re-introduce Islas Secas as a regional blueprint for conservation-driven luxury tourism. The digital foundations were laid with a new website, brand collateral and sales materials, with an immediate priority of cementing brand reputation and generating awareness online through organic, paid and social channels. We audited and then re-launched these channels, ensuring alignment and optimisation of these channels with the hero story narrative. The core element to our work with Islas Secas which remains today is the content writing and strategy, spanning digital and print, and encompassing a global audience. Every other channel is informed by the storytelling we do through this content, communicating the world-class conservation efforts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences that the island has to offer.
