As an Account Manager at Navigator, you will assume a supporting role in nurturing and expanding client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing the seamless execution of projects.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted collaborator, advisor and support to our wider teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of the services we have sold and guiding the team through the process from planning to execution.
To our clients you will be a reliable, steadfast guide through projects. You will champion innovation and excellence within the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Client Relationship Management:
- Support strategic discussions with clients to understand their long-term goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations and innovative solutions to address client needs and drive business outcomes.
- Establish yourself as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and advocate for clients within the agency.
Project Leadership and Execution:
- Take PM ownership of projects, overseeing their end-to-end execution with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with wider teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and delivery of exceptional results.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, optimisation, and innovation to enhance project outcomes.
Account Development:
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the account management department.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyse key performance indicators, metrics, and client feedback to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the branding, design, and digital landscape.
- Represent Navigator at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Contribute thought leadership content, case studies, and insights to internal and external audiences to position the consultancy as a trusted advisor and industry leader.

Position requirements
- Minimum 4+ years in account servicing within the agency environment, and a focus on luxury lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, lead projects, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet client and business needs.
