Bailey is our Paid Media Executive, responsible for the implementation, maintenance and reporting of Google and Meta advertising campaigns. He began his career as part of an in-house marketing team for a direct-to-consumer business, where his primary objective was maximising conversions with a sole focus on the bottom line.

Since moving to Navigator, his approach has become more nuanced, moving away from maximalist strategies and broad audiences, and instead focusing on refining brand stories, combined with industry best practices, to drive performance while maintaining the core messaging that makes these brands exceptional.

Favourite part of your role?

Being able to work across different industries and markets within travel means that no two days are the same. I enjoy testing and adapting strategies to meet the needs of the specific brands and finding new, effective ways of telling their stories.

What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

I have multiple years’ experience helping international brands develop and implement growth-based paid media strategies. I also enjoy finding solutions to niche, and often technical, problems that require outside-the-box thinking.

Any hobbies?

Outside of work, I like to focus on personal growth. Whether it’s improving my fitness or learning a new skill, I believe taking the time to work on yourself is important. I also enjoy a cold pint in the sunshine, because life is all about balance.
