Shannon, our Senior SEO Manager, has worked with a wide range of luxury brands over the years, from global hospitality chains to rare whiskies.

She is passionate about unlocking the stories of the brands she works with, and finding ways to convey these stories with an SEO flair. She ensures all her work is driven by data and key insights to ensure that the right story is told while also achieving key results that contribute to wider business objectives.

How is Navigator’s approach different?

Historically, brand and SEO have butted heads, but at Navigator we understand the importance of a brand’s story and ensure 'brand SEO' is always a part of our strategy.

What do you love most about SEO?

I think how complex it is and also how fast the channel is changing. It keeps the job very interesting and gives me to opportunity to constantly be testing to find the best solution for my clients.

What is your favourite animal?

Definitely raccoons! I have a teddy raccoon with his own Instagram account, and when applying for my job here, my CV even had a mention of raccoons in it...
